PenBay Wins New Army Contract To Provide An Army Doctrine Development Tool

Union Hall, VA, October 21, 2022 –PenBay Technology Group LLC (PenBay) has a been awarded a contract to provide the U.S Army Combined Arms Doctrine Directorate (CADD) with an Army Doctrine Development Tool (ADDT).

ADDT will provide CADD with a centralized document coordination web platform to facilitate a more efficient review and publishing process for Army doctrine. The Department of Defense (DoD) Joint Staff (JS) currently uses a web-based platform developed and maintained by PenBay for joint doctrine document coordination, called the Joint Doctrine Development Tool (JDDT). PenBay will be customizing the JDDT software for use by CADD to create the ADDT.

With a Period of Performance of 3 years and 4 months, this Army CADD ADDT contract was awarded to PenBay as a Task Order under their GSA VETS 2 GWAC.
