PenBay Media is pleased to announce our new Vice President of Business Development and Capture Management, Robert (Bob) Santmyer. After working with PenBay Media part time for several years in a business development role, Bob is now joining the company full time.

Bob is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of hands-on executive-level experience in delivering high-quality IT services and solutions to federal, state and local, and commercial customers.  Bob’s experience includes growing revenue for both small and large businesses while leading efforts to deliver new technologies, such as MAXM Systems’ Enterprise Systems Management platform, or developing new markets, such as ChoicePoint’s Fusion Center initiative where Bob integrated 5 distinct business units to deliver a holistic information sharing approach for regionally-based counter-terrorism centers. Bob is also an Air Force veteran, where he served for 5 years as a Telecommunications Specialist.
