Union Hall, VA, May 6, 2022 — Penobscot Bay Media LLC (PenBay Media), a service-disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Union Hall, Virginia, has announced that effective immediately the company has changed its name to PenBay Technology Group LLC (PenBay).

PenBay’s President & CEO, Mr. Robert Santmyer, stated “This name change reflects our current and intended diversification of core capabilities, while maintaining PenBay’s brand recognition. Over the past two decades PenBay has been recognized repeatedly as a trusted, high-performing, and high-quality provider of IT and outreach support services to the federal government and our industry partners. As we expand our service offerings, we want to ensure that our name reflects a broader view of what we are able to offer.”

The PenBay Media name will remain as an operating division under the new corporate structure.
