PenBay Awarded VA Contract Vehicle for Outreach Services

Union Hall, VA, December 6, 2022 – PenBay Technology Group LLC (PenBay) has been awarded the Veteran Enterprise Contracting for Transformation and Operational Readiness (VECTOR) vehicle, a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) multiple-award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract, designed to support professional, administrative and general management support service requirements. VA VECTOR is exclusively set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs).

PenBay will be supporting Service Group 4 (Outreach) which covers advertising services, media buying, public relations services/outreach, conference/events/tradeshow planning services, promotional materials, video/film production, and graphics design. The current base period ends 8/26/2023 with an option period of 08/27/2023 – 08/26/2028.
