Union Hall, VA, May 31, 2023 – PenBay Technology Group LLC (PenBay) is pleased to announce that Mr. Travis Riddick has been named PenBay’s Vice President of Operations and Ms. Suzanne Johndro has been promoted to be PenBay’s Director of Marketing, Quality & Compliance.

Mr. Riddick previously held the position of Program Manager, supporting PenBay’s U.S. Army Cadet Command contract.  As Vice President of Operations, Mr. Riddick will be responsible for the successful delivery of all of PenBay’s Department of Defense related programs.  A 21-year military career has provided Mr. Riddick the opportunity to serve in an array of operations-focused environments in the United States and various countries.  As a member of the U.S. Army, Travis built workforces that practiced Total Quality Management principles advancing operational goals and standards.  His style of leadership is endorsed as a change management agent that guides operational success through diverse thinking, inclusive initiatives, workplace productivity, and operational readiness.

Ms. Suzanne Johndro joined PenBay in 2018 to assist with the successful implementation of the company’s ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.  After PenBay’s achievement of ISO 9001:2015 in 2018, Ms. Johndro turned her attention to proposal management, becoming the company’s first dedicated Proposal Manager.  Ms. Johndro also led PenBay’s efforts to obtain Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI®) 2.0 Level 3 appraisal for both Development and Services, successfully completing the appraisals in July 2021.  In her new role as PenBay’s Director of Marketing, Quality & Compliance, Ms. Johndro will be leading the company’s marketing efforts while maintaining her role as PenBay’s Quality Manager, with additional responsibilities for PenBay’s compliance with the DoD’s Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) requirements, as well as the company’s attainment of other ISO quality standards.
